Shipping & Fulfillment

QSWARDROBE partners with Amazon (FBA) and TikTok Shop fulfillment services to process and ship orders. This allows us to efficiently deliver products both domestically and internationally.

Shipping carriers may include Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local international carriers, depending on your location.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or regional factors.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping through our fulfillment partners, including Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. QSWARDROBE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, QSWARDROBE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@qswardrobe.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
